Consulting Services

I currently support a range of biotech companies and treatment centers in varying capacities. I’ve included some examples of spaces where I tend to feel the most effective. If you’re curious about fit, I’d love to hop on a call and learn more about your project! Transparency is important to me and I will always let you know if something is outside of my expertise. I’m also happy to offer referrals to trusted colleagues when appropriate.

OCD & TRAUMA TRAININGS

I offer OCD and trauma training in the form of workshops, consult groups, and individual and group supervision. Because I’ve worked within so many formats, I can accommodate requests as brief as a one-hour presentation, or as extensive as a multi-day deep dive. It’s exceedingly rare for clinicians to have experience with both OCD and trauma disorders, despite the high rates of comorbidity—up to 40% in some studies! For this reason, I am especially passionate about training trauma specialists to do OCD work and vice versa. The approaches are quite different and take some reconciling, which makes this intersection extremely dynamic and engaging. I also enjoy teaching folks how to adapt traditional approaches in order to be more affirming of neurodivergent, queer, and BIPOC clients. Autistic humans in particular require modifications that honor the realities of their nervous systems.

PSYCHEDELIC DRUG DEVELOPMENT + CLINICAL TRIALS

I’ve worked on ketamine and psilocybin studies at Stanford, UCLA, and in industry. Psychedelic therapy can be challenging to contain within the context of a highly structured clinical trial; it’s essential to work with consultants that have a deep understanding of the nuances of research as well as on-the-ground experience with preparation, dosing, and integration. About half of my private practice is devoted to ketamine-assisted therapy and prep/integration for other medicines. I also currently work as a study therapist for phase 3 drug development trials. I have a deep appreciation for both the art and science of psychedelics and have functioned as an assessor, research coordinator/project manager, and data analyst in this space. At a time when this niche is rapidly exploding, I’m honored to offer a perspective that is rigorous, scalable, and culturally sensitive.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION

I am a queer/trans, biracial, and neurodivergent clinician—my entire career has centered around advocacy and care for my own communities. Within the realm of DEI, I’ve delivered one-off trainings and content creation as well as more extensive program development. I excel at offering feedback in a way that is curious and non-shaming and I love arriving at win-win solutions. Typically, I offer DEI services for treatment centers, biotech companies, and non-profit agencies although I’m open to considering other requests if it feels like a great fit.
